Refund policy
All sales are final. We don't offer refunds.
That said, we stand behind what we make. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you got the wrong product, we'll make it right.
If something's wrong with your order Email us at funjob@a3merch.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the defect or damage
Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or set up an exchange for another piece of equal value. We cover return shipping on defective items.
What counts as a defect Manufacturing faults, damage in transit, or receiving the wrong item.
What doesn't Change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or normal wear over time. Check the size chart on each product page before you order, since we can't refund or exchange for fit.
A note on our denim Our pieces feature hand-finished prints, washes, and patchwork. Small variations in color, placement, and finish are part of the process and make each piece one of a kind. Those are intentional, not defects.
